We are delighted to announce that the 33rd Annual Meeting of the Cervical Spine Research Society – Europe, will be held in Salzburg, Austria from Wednesday – Friday, May 24–26, 2017.
The CSRS – Europe is one of the leading specialist Spine Societies, with an excellent scientific and clinical reputation. Thrilling debates and ‘round table‘-discussion sessions with acknowledged leaders in cervical spine as well as presentations of the most recent scientific evidence in treating cervical spine pathologies will be part of the versatile programme.
The meeting will be held at the Wyndham Congress Hotel in the centre of the attractive city of Salzburg, Austria - in the heart of Europe. The hotel venue specialises in hosting meetings and catering for international guests and is a modern purpose-designed facility offering warm regional hospitality. The historic city of Salzburg is centrally located in Europe with easy access to all major international airports.
The main topic of the meeting will be ‘‘Cervical Trauma, Post-traumatic Deformity, Myelopathy and Spinal Cord Injury“ – a theme which should not only be interesting for specialist colleagues in cervical surgery but also for an extended circle of surgeons who have to deal with the complex challenges that cervical spinal trauma can present.
The CSRS – Europe, together with our North American and Asia-Pacific ‘sister‘ societies, now has more than 600 members worldwide. Strong bonds between these three CSRS world regions have led to the international growth of the Society. Following the highly successful annual meeting in London in 2015, with more than 300 specialist visitors attending, we are highly confident that the 2017 Salzburg meeting will again attract in the region of 300 to 400 surgeons and scientists from all over the world for an exciting educational programme in a charming environment.
The Salzburg 2017 CSRS – Europe annual meeting will be organised in conjunction with Conventus, an experienced, ensuring seamless and professional organisation of this key CSRS event.
It would be highly appreciated if you would consider joining us on our forthcoming annual meeting!
